On September 17, 2025, at its Headquarters, the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) had the honor of welcoming representatives from The Bank of New York Mellon (BNY Mellon)—one of the world’s most prestigious correspondent banks—visited and presented Agribank with the 2024 Straight Through Processing (STP) Award. This marks the 16th consecutive year Agribank has received this accolade, underscoring its international reputation and superior payment service quality.

The BNY Mellon STP Award is granted annually to financial institutions that achieve high rates of automated international payment processing, meeting stringent global standards of speed, accuracy, and security. Agribank’s consistent recognition over the past 16 years demonstrates its steadfast commitment to system modernization, process standardization, and continuous enhancement of workforce capabilities.

As the bank with the most extensive domestic network in Vietnam, Agribank is also a trusted strategic partner of many global financial institutions. This achievement reaffirms Agribank’s position as a leading commercial bank in Vietnam, while strengthening the confidence of both domestic and international clients and partners in its international payment services.
