The award was presented on 27 November 2025 at Agribank’s Headquarters by Mr. Shibu Thomas, APAC Head of Global Clearing Product Solutions, J.P. Morgan, marking another significant milestone in the long-standing partnership between the two institutions.

The Elite Quality Recognition Award is reserved exclusively for banks achieving an STP rate above 99%, reflecting exceptional automation capability, processing accuracy, and adherence to the highest international compliance and messaging standards. With an impressive 99.84% STP rate, Agribank outperformed the stringent benchmarks required for correspondent banks in J.P. Morgan’s global network—an achievement reached by fewer than 1% of J.P. Morgan’s payment clients worldwide.

J.P. Morgan commended Agribank’s outstanding performance, emphasizing that Agribank’s STP results are a testament to its disciplined operational governance, strategic investments in technology, and commitment to continuous innovation across its cross-border payments franchise. The two sides also discussed expanded areas of cooperation to enhance payment efficiency, strengthen customer experience, and accelerate the development of modern financial solutions.
