The program is designed for foreign-invested enterprises (FDI) seeking short-term loans at Agribank, while also using banking products and services to meet their payment and transaction needs.

Preferential credit package for FDI enterprises:

- Program scale: VND 5 trillion and USD 100 million

- Credit grant duration: Provision of short-term credit.

- Preferential interest rates:

+ A reduction of up to 1.8% per annum for loans denominated in VND*. Customers securing loans in VND while maintaining a deposit balance in USD will enjoy a preferential interest rate starting from just 2.4% per annum.

+ A reduction of up to 1.0% per annum for loans denominated in USD*.

*Reduction of interest rates compared to the standard lending interest rate 

- Implementation period: until December 31, 2025 (or until the Program reaches its intended scale). 

Incentives regarding deposits, service fees, and foreign exchange rates: 

- Maximum interest rate for demand deposits in VND (shall not exceed the ceiling interest rate established by the State Bank at any given time). 

- A waiver of up to 100% on fees for payment of import letters of credit, fees for import collection payments, and fees for foreign currency remittances..

- Preferential foreign exchange buying and selling rates.
