Recently, with proactive changes, Agribank has achieved many remarkable accomplishments in the field of digital transformation and innovation. Aiming to improve and enhance customer service quality, Agribank has intensified the application of new technological solutions such as artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, and Open API. Agribank has also implemented many new technological initiatives and solutions, including: the Open SmartBank system, Payment Hub, Open API, Omni-Channel - Agribank Plus; connecting to the National Database on Population for biometric transaction verification; and providing electronic authentication services through VNeID on Agribank Plus.

Agribank has strongly implemented digital banking products and services to enhance customer experience. One of the key strategies is the development of electronic banking applications with a user-friendly interface and many integrated utilities, meeting the needs of customers for transactions anytime, anywhere.

Agribank launched the Agribank Plus application in the middle of 2024, offering many new features, including quick money transfers to multiple recipients, scheduled money transfers, automatic bill payments, and especially other convenient services. The improvement of the interface and simplification of the login process with a single username and password have helped customers save time and enhance convenience when using banking services.

Agribank has been a pioneer in deploying automated transaction machines (ATMs) since 2003 across the country, with nearly 1,500 machines located in agricultural and rural areas out of over 3,300 ATMs nationwide. In addition, Agribank Digital and Agribank Autobank (CDM) services operate as a miniature bank branch model, serving all customer segments and making it easier for customers to access financial services without visiting traditional bank branches, thereby minimizing time and effort.

Agribank's continuous efforts in digital transformation have been recognized with prestigious awards, such as the Certificate of Merit from the Governor of the State Bank, being listed in the TOP 10 Strong Brands in Vietnam, and most recently, the award for the Agribank Open API platform at the Vietnam Digital Transformation Awards 2024. To date, Agribank has had 12 applications/information technology systems consecutively recognized at the Sao Khue Awards for outstanding information technology systems in the financial-banking and digital banking sectors. This clearly demonstrates Agribank's strong development and continuous innovation in applying modern technology to banking operations.

Agribank has been and is continuing to assert itself as one of the pioneering banks in the digital transformation in Vietnam. With strong and innovative steps in developing digital banking products and services, promoting cashless payments, and ensuring the safety of customer information, Agribank is making a solid mark in the banking sector and contributing significantly to the development of the national digital economy.
