On September 25, 2025, at the Vietnam Financial Advisory Summit 2025 themed “A New Era – A New Momentum”, Agribank was honored with three major awards: Outstanding Priority Customer Service, Outstanding Technology and Digital Transformation Product, and Innovative Personal Financial Solution.

Agribank was also recognized as a financial institution contributing to the development of financial services for three consecutive years. This year’s Summit gathered leaders of regulatory bodies and financial institutions, together with financial experts and business representatives from Vietnam and abroad, to analyze the global economic landscape, identify opportunities and challenges, and discuss sustainable investment strategies amid global volatility.

In Vietnam, 2025 marks a pivotal year of transformation, as the Government introduces key policy frameworks such as Resolution No. 05/2025/NQ-CP on the pilot implementation of digital assets and Decision No. 2014/QĐ-TTg approving the project to upgrade Vietnam’s stock market classification.

These initiatives create an important legal foundation for developing a transparent, modern, and globally integrated financial market. Against this backdrop, the application of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in personal financial planning, asset management, and customer advisory services has become increasingly essential, shaping a smarter, more inclusive financial ecosystem.

As the first bank to introduce ATMs to rural areas in 2003, Agribank now operates nearly 2,000 ATMs, 25,000 POS terminals, and 68 mobile banking vehicles, bringing financial services closer to people in remote and rural regions and contributing to inclusive finance nationwide.

The Outstanding Financial Services Awards 2025 further extend Agribank’s impressive achievements this year.

Earlier, the bank was recognized at the Sao Khue Awards 2025 with six award-winning technology systems and digital services, making Agribank the Vietnamese bank with the most diverse and comprehensive portfolio of award-winning digital solutions in the software and IT industry.

At the Vietnam Retail Banking Forum 2025, Agribank was also honored with four prestigious awards: Outstanding Retail Bank, Outstanding Green Credit Bank, Bank for the Community, and Bank Supporting High-Tech Agriculture.
