To broaden customers’ access to stable and rewarding investment opportunities, while strengthening its long-term funding base to meet lending demand and support economic growth, Agribank is launching a public offering of VND 15 trillion worth of bonds in 2026 at competitive interest rates.

Accordingly, Vietnamese and foreign institutional and individual investors may subscribe for Agribank bonds from 10 July to 31 July 2026 at Agribank’s Head Office or any of its transaction locations nationwide, or through the issuing agent, Agribank Securities Joint Stock Corporation (Agriseco).

With simple procedures and a minimum investment of just VND 100,000, investors can easily purchase Agribank bonds as a long-term savings option, with a 10-year tenor and annual interest payments.

Agribank bonds offer an attractive floating interest rate calculated as the reference rate—the average of the 12-month VND-denominated savings deposit rates applicable to individual customers with interest paid at maturity, as quoted by BIDV, VietinBank, Agribank and Vietcombank on the interest rate determination date—plus a margin of 2.0% per annum. A margin of 2.5% per annum will apply during the final five years of the tenor.

Following completion of the offering, Agribank bonds will be centrally registered with the Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC), enabling investors to deposit, trade, transfer and pledge the bonds through their securities accounts.

With total assets exceeding VND 2.7 quadrillion, total funding of more than VND 2.5 quadrillion and outstanding loans exceeding VND 2 quadrillion, Agribank continues to affirm its role as a key State-owned commercial bank in financing agriculture, farmers and rural areas.
