Agribank receives GoGreen Plus certification for reducing carbon emissions

Agribank has been awarded the GoGreen Plus Certificate 2024, recognizing its efforts in reducing carbon emissions through the use of sustainable aviation fuel. As a pioneer in fulfilling social responsibility, Agribank's choice to utilize the GoGreen Plus service for international document transportation has helped cut CO2 emissions by up to 63.38%.
This achievement is part of the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) sustainable development program that Agribank has been actively implementing. It contributes to the National Green Growth Strategy, promotes green credit, ESG practices, and advances toward a green and sustainable economy.
Agribank has signed a Standard Express Delivery Service Contract with DHL VNPT Express LTD to enhance the quality of international payment services for its import-export customers. Accordingly, when using payment services or export document collection (outward collection), Agribank's customers will benefit from the most competitive shipping rates and high-quality international delivery services, ensuring fast, secure, and efficient processing.
Agribank has an extensive international payment network, providing services in over 170 countries and territories, with multi-currency transfers in more than 100 foreign currencies. Agribank has been honored with the Excellence in International Payment Quality Award for multiple consecutive years by leading global financial institutions.
Over its 37-year journey alongside the nation's development, Agribank has consistently affirmed its pioneering and leading role in agricultural and rural finance. In 2025, on the occasion of its 37th anniversary, Agribank officially launched the "Green Transaction Point" program. More than just an initiative, the program is progressively materializing the spirit of Resolution 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation. Alongside numerous internal plans, programs, and actions within the Agribank system, it is gaining strong momentum and evolving into a large-scale, comprehensive action program aimed at achieving Agribank’s sustainable development goals in the coming phases.
