On June 18, Fortune magazine, famous for its prestigious world rankings, announced for the first time the ranking of the 500 largest companies in Southeast Asia. According to this ranking, Agribank is in the Top 50 largest companies in Southeast Asia and tops the Vietnamese commercial banking system, affirming Agribank's reputation and leading position among the largest commercial banks and enterprises in Vietnam.

500 companies in 7 countries (Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines and Cambodia) and 57 industries (including aviation, commercial banks, financial data services, etc.) are evaluated by Fortune based on revenue criteria in 2023. Southeast Assia comes to Fortune's focus as it gains greater significance in the global economy with the development and growth of large companies in multiple fields.

Vietnam has 70 businesses on the list, in sectors and industries ranging from finance, banking, real estate, energy, food, heavy industry to aviation, retail, etc. The minimum revenue threshold to be included on the list was USD 460.8 million.

Ranked 37th in the Fortune Southeast Asia 500 ranking, Agribank stands alongside many famous financial institutions in the region such as Kasikornbank Bank and Bankgkok Bank of Thailand, Mandiri and Bank Central Asia of Indonesia.

In 2023, Agribank was presented with many awards, notably excellent achievements in digital transformation of the banking industry, TOP10 Largest Enterprises in Vietnam, Bank for the community, etc. The Agribank brand is also recognized and highly appreciated by international organizations for its prestige and key role in the financial market in Vietnam. Fitch Ratings upgraded Agribank's Long-Term Issuer Rating to "BB+" with a "Stable" outlook, equivalent to that of the sovereign; TOP10 most valuable brands in Vietnam 2023 by the world's leading independent brand valuation and strategy consultancy Brand Finance, etc.
